Final negotiation discussion is going to happen today sometime.
What could i quote in terms of percentage from the last drawn CTC.
Last drawn was 25 lpa fixed but worked for say 4 months and left the organisation.
My interview went well at Wipro and they are very much interested in me joining their new pharma client as I'm an immediate joiner.
Question: what is the max percentage i can start negotiating? How much can they provide?

A month ago the recruiter said that they are waiting on some approvals and once it is done we will be issuing the offer letter but I haven't heard back any other update since then. I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.
