Accenture S&C - Grade 7 (Mgr) - Fixed 42L, JB - 6.5L, 32% var
EXL Service - AVP Consulting - Fixed 47L, 15% var, commitment to be fast-tracked as Sr. AVP (18 months; IJP)

Some points to consider:

There have been 4 job changes (2 layoffs, a failed start-up etc) in 5 years, and the CV demands stability
I am looking for 3 relaxed years at a place to finish my PhD.
Spouse already works for Accenture.... Warren Buffett's golden rule

Best self-help books on the market? I've been consistently unhappy lately. Something needs to change.

I'm thinking about starting something, but I want to be well versed in entrepreneurship before I do. Any recommended resources (websites, podcasts, books, etc.)? Thanks!

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies.
