For example, typically I would probably only be approved for a $500k loan ($125k comp and $100k for down payment), but if I’m buying a multi-family home and planning to live in a unit and rent the others, will lenders approve a bigger loan?

I had a first interview last Tuesday with Amazon, which I think went well, although I still haven't heard back 6 days later and then got an OOO annual leave msg and a no response when I chased up the named colleague today. Is this typical behaviour others have experienced when dealing with the big tech company recruiters? I am filling itr for the first time so I'm a bit worried, as I bought some coins in exchange transferred to metamask, then swaped coins, the later transferred the coins back to exchange. Now I don't have the metamask address, so i dont know the transaction i did.

While filling itr do I have to disclose each trade or just the net profit?
