Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher. I work at a medical device manufacturing plant as a training coordinator, I have a military background and a degree and am trying to advance but am feeling stuck. I am a literal jack of all trades, and am trying to get out of the hourly life, I’m working an average of 100 hour weeks and have been for at least the last 6 months.

Do I go for a promotion even though I’m being told it isn’t a home run? Is there a backlash/ detriment to declaring for one and not receiving? Would I be wasting folk’s time? This is my first run at a promotion outside the Army.

Hello, I recently was reached out to by an in-house recruiter at a similar but slightly different company than the one I currently work for. The recruiter provided a base range and an OTE range. The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical. I wasn’t looking to move, but that higher end range would set my family up very nicely for our goals. But I am happy at my current company. Help?

I am filling itr for the first time so I'm a bit worried, as I bought some coins in exchange transferred to metamask, then swaped coins, the later transferred the coins back to exchange. Now I don't have the metamask address, so i dont know the transaction i did.

While filling itr do I have to disclose each trade or just the net profit?

There are a lot of other coins with better fundamentals than Doge. Don't get hung up on Doge because Musk tweets about it.

Check out Ripple, VeChain, Neo, Theta Network. These are better alts for the long term. Doge is too risky.
