My previous manager would track us by hours daily, made a fuss everytime anything stretched and guilt us for that and the unplanned leave too unless it was COVID. Hinted him a lot of time, this is problematic but apparently he considered it "standard practice for agile".

Now 8/10 teammates have switched within < 1 year of project start (6-7 months with him) which tbh had good work in our opinion and even team was fun to work with even though none of us ever met in person.

Ok. I am teaching music in person and when we have a case of COVID in the school, I push into the classroom for 10 days. Are there music websites that are free that I can go to for quick lessons when I’m asked to teach in the classroom. I was told today with 5 minutes to prepare that we had a case, I couldn’t teach in my room and I couldn’t do the ukulele unit I had planned. Hello, I am going crazy. I am supposed to close on a house on Tuesday. The buyer did not perform an inspection and the lender did not order an appraisal. The lawyer says that everything is good on her hand but I am not sure if she is the deciding factor here. Can a home close without a physical appraisal ? At what point is it too late to switch to a career in programming? I studied supply chain management in college, but more and more I find myself wishing I had done computer science. On my resume, I have listed senior engineer as my title for my time at a company because it was the most recent title when I left, though I had been promoted two months before I left. For a background check, should I put the most recent title or all titles I had at the company (i.e, Sr Data Engineer and Data Engineer, or just the most recent)?
