Over the last couple of months I’ve interviewed for a number of jobs and made it to second and third round interviews but never got an offer. My last interview was on Monday and I got feedback that I did not get selected because it did not seem like I was a a team player. I had a phone screening with a recruiter (who is a TD Industries employee- not outside recruiter) I asked specifically when they were looking to hire on, he said a month give or take a few weeks. That was on September 9th. I sent a thank you followup email the next day with letters of recommendation like I had mentioned in our conversation. I sent a second follow up email asking if they had made any decisions on who will be asked for inperson interviews, he said....check comments plz 🙏

I have got an offer from juniper for notice period of 2 months but my company notice period is 3 months. Initially HR confirmed via mail that revised offer letter will be shared post confirming doj. But now after 1 month juniper HR is not picking call/not responding to emails.
Can they revoke the offer?

We’re both 36 and currently rent a 2 bedroom in NY and have a combined savings of $35,000 which she wants to use as a down payment on a condo. I kinda just wanna continue saving while renting. I also literally just started contributing to my 401K so I’m also late in the game for that too.

2. Capgemini - 22 fixed, 2.5 var - CTC 24.5 LPA
3. Fuzitsu - 24 LPA fixed, no variable pay
4. Atos Syntel - 21.3 fixed, 3.7 var - CTC 25 LPA

1. Number of implementation projects done.
2. Work experience on S4 Hana.

And if I don't have atleast any one of these, I will not be considered.

I'm currently Working at ntt data business solutions. I'm quite underpaid with about 57k goal salary. - 52k fix and 5k Bonus. With 3years expierence in sap consulting mm/ sd 5 years as a key User in a DAX Company and a M.Sc. in IT Mamagement.
I'm thining about apply for a job at the SAP directly or going into a supply chain role.
My goal is a good work life Balance, traveling at least 1 time a Month international and a salary of about 85k.
