Current job: senior ServiceNow consultant , just got raised, mid to big consulting firm, mostly government job, opportunities to become manager

One of my former client ask me if I would join them as contractor for around 160-165k
Job offer: 2 year contract each year has a chance to turn full time, with benefit , mortgage insurance company

(I’m a former employee from the consulting side) I had a first round interview, that from my perspective, I aced… I answered everything thoroughly, I was engaged with the interviewer…she stated my skills lined up perfectly with the role and that she wanted me to talk to her manager….15 min after the interview I get a no go email…ugh

pros: helps solidify the case takeaways and best practices

cons: might burn out from feeling bored re-doing same case vs. new one; might learn more from adding new cases

Applying to Bain as an experienced hire in London and have received a link to complete an online behavioural + numerical assessment. Does anyone have any experience with this? Do I need to prepare or should I go in all guns blazing?

Current Principal in BCG PIPE practice (roughly a year away from PINO). Offer from Bain to join their PEG group as an Associate Partner. Thoughts on the move? Mild uplift in comp but obviously a much better platform (PEG is bigger and better than PIPE)
