For folks who have the capacity to MS, Amex biz cards (plat and gold) have offers whereby you can earn 15K MR for $4k spend in 6 months for every employee card. If you have this offer in your Amex offers online, it says it is restricted to up to 5 employee cards. But if you call Amex, you can get the offer on 99 employee cards. So basically approx.1.5M MR for 400K spend in 6 months. I have done it on 2 of my biz cards and ordered for the 3rd biz card now. YMMV, not everyone has this offer

Hi!! I’m an HR Coordinator currently (about two years of experience) but my job has so many responsibilities and tasks I’m beyond burnt out. It’s truly impossible to focus on one task because things are constantly being thrown my way. I’ve heard whisperings of a promotion or raise, but my workload is already too much, I don’t know if I’d want to accept more responsibility. Is it normal to feel like you have just as many responsibilities as your superiors who make 30k+ more than you?

I’m in Dallas and have been renting for 5 years. I don’t have any savings, but have about 30k in my 401k. Im thinking about leveraging that to buy a condo/or house. Is that a good idea or am I in over my head? I mostly want to, because I’m tired of renting and I’ve read reports that prices will only continue to go up. Although, I will have to pay back the 401k + pay rent, so maybe not a good idea. Advice/resources would be helpful.
