I have 4 years of experience in development and unfortunately I had to switch multiple technologies almost every year. Jack of most trades master of none:(. To switch to a different organization, should I prepare DS Algo? Or should I prepare well in my domain based tech stack and become an expert in it? Which route should I take? And any optimal way/tips to prepare DSA as I am out of practice with it

I love AMEX but the points do not transfer to southwest so I made the move to CSR. Other main airline is United, but I prefer southwest. Thoughts? (I’ll be going to EY if that makes a difference)
I feel like it definitely waters things down for me. Smart move for me would to just focus on Southwest/chase. Problem is, I’m pretty loyal to AmEx. Their customer service is legit and I get peace of mind with all of my purchases. Even with the new gold card, +2 yrs on manufa warranties.
I either have to 1. Chase/Southwest or 2. AmEx/United. I can’t stand united though..
Oddly enough I have the exact same card mix right now
Yeah, I’m going to have the same problem too unfortunately. I love to maximize my points but not enough to lose my job over them..
While Amex doesn’t transfer to SW, it has more overall flexibility in my opinion, relative to CSR.
For example, with Amex you can book Star Alliance flights for cheap by transferring to Aeroplan. For Oneworld, you can transfer to BA (and Etihad for AA flights). For Sky Team, you have FlyingBlue, Virgin and Delta.
So while you can’t do Southwest, you’ve got tons of other options, especially if you want to score international biz class.
That’s a good point D2. I might just have to be patient and see how much I’ll be traveling. New company, new role. I always try to over prepare, but in this instance I don’t want to throw money away.
