For Java & Angular with 4.6 years of experience how much Salary range should I expect?

How does one tell their boss (owner of the company) that you are burnt out? The sheer volume of work is exhausting and I haven’t taken a true vacation as we are a small company so if something urgent comes to my email I feel like I must respond. I was given an additional title and more responsibilities last year as well but only a 3% raise for it.

I have two offers one from IBM another from Persistent. Persistent is paying 2 lakhs more than IBM. Although IBM is giving 2 lakhs joining bonus.

I'm into Salesforce Development with 5YOE.

Which one should I go with?
People say IBM doesn't give any hike. Is it the same even for Salesforce practice?

And anyone knows hows Persistent?

Left Deloitte this year. Kind of felt bad about missing the retention bonus bc I still like DT. But I got an unexpected $60k RSU award today and now I’m not feeling bad anymore. Still will always be grateful for my time at DT though.

I’ve done PI work my entire career for over 10 years. I’ve worked in state and federal courts and I’ve traveled around the country doing MDL work and bellwether trials. I’ve had a lot of success making the idiots I’ve worked for wealthy, but I’m still waiting for a moment where I enjoy what I’m doing. I feel stuck working in dysfunctional plaintiff firms/cultures. I have 3 years experience being an account manager in a large brokerage. I got promoted to be a supervisor to a small team of account managers and started at $77k and have now increased to $83k 6 months later. Does this sound fair based on my 4 years experience in the field or am I underselling myself?

I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. I technically can make bonuses but I’m not supposed to dig into a sale and I have to send it to a sales rep (I am service and retention mostly). My boss also has me running a retired agents office until a new one is chosen (its an hour away with no pay increase or mileage pay). Also, no benefits! Should I start job searching?
