For P1 employee after bench period is over. Do they give 3 months notice period time or 3 months severance pay?

Do Big4 EAs in Canada actually get salary increases?! 1yr already and no bump! Not eligible for bonus cuz am overtime eligible. Those of you who are high performing EAs for Big4 Canada, do you even get salary increases?Or EA in big4 salary is stunted for years?!

AWS vs Cloudflare BDR roles

AWS lowballed but I negotiated to match Cloudflare. Cloudflare offers more equity but AWS has a higher base.

I love Cloudflare. The people are great but it’s an engineering culture and the sales team isn’t as well shaped up and I can’t go for a promotion until at least 18 months of tenure. I am an investor in the company and think of them super highly. I’ve already got half a years SDR experience and AWS promotes quicker.

Advice and/or consolation anyone? My wife and I (both above average health 30year olds) were trying for 11 months before getting pregnant and then had a week 5 early miscarriage a few months back. On my CV I have a section listed as “Education” and under it I have “Business Studies” with the university name and the 3 years that I attended the course (2.5 to be exact).
