For the project managers, how long does your average project take from when you are made aware of the project to completion?

It really varies depending on the project size and complexity, but for most of mine, it’s anywhere from 3 to 6 months. Smaller tasks obviously wrap up faster, but big projects can stretch out with all the revisions and approvals. How long do your projects typically take?

like

The entire duration from desk to completion is about 1 year to 9 months on average. There are a few that seem to go longer and a few that are shorter.

Honestly it does depend on the project because some go way faster than others. Its so hard to say but I would say on average the ones I work on last about six months.

like

The only real answer to that is "it depends". What pain point are you running into? People not understanding the score of a project? Not accepting projections? Not modelling projections?

I am mainly working with shops in the States as a non-native speaker and I am constantly worried about my ability to communicate (in any professional occasion but mostly in meetings). I am working with some of the best shops and this makes the situation worse considering that I am largely surrounded by an extremely competent group of folks that are super good at any form of communication. How do you feel as a native speaker when you meet non-natives? Should they be worried, or, they doing ok?

For any real estate investors

22 years old and currently focused on using my left over income to invest and pay off my debt. I am set to pay off my college loans by next year and, when I do, I want to look into investing into real estate. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get into/learn more about real estate investing? Or how I can have enough knowledge on the topic to be able to invest wisely when the time comes?

Any books? youtubers? etc. How did you all learn about it?
