I'm at a super regional bank, it's a pretty standard arrangement. I'm on a grid based on 12.month fiscal year production. Get shared support at a certain level then dedicated support. Receive RSUs that vest over 3 years at a certain level as well.
Our "private" team has much different comp structure as they are a Trust company
Very similar for me. Payout is based on last 6 months production. 3yr vest on RSU's reserves at 3% of production, potential 2% of production annual bonus for hitting a revenue goal, potential for 6% revenue bonus each quarter for net asset flows and net new households. Add it all up and I'm basically at a 50% payout in a bank program.
