Hi fishers! I have offer and signed contract with Deloitte UK and my start day is in the beginning of April. I need skilled worker visa, and we haven’t applied yet for that. Screening and onboarding is in progress. Immigration team doesn’t reply since reached me out 1st time. How much time does it usually needed to go through the whole process? How many days take for visa to be approved since application?Deloitte

I'm confused. How would it involve her future teammates? I have never heard that negotiations are so much different on an HR team, and I'm not sure why they would be exactly. Can you help me understand the question better?

Sorry should have clarified! Not a separate team, I think she is just wary of doing the salary negotiations with the people she would be directly working with (?) although I’m not sure how that’s different from a normal salary negotiations since that also involves your managers sign off on
Since they tend to know the salary ranges and what they make they are less likely to negotiate or do so in good faith. That would be a difficult position, to hire someone in to make more than you doing same job?
I look forward very much to my move to Washington DC September 19 at the latest and I’m hoping we can find a position there as soon as possible. I have 30 years experience in various areas from institutions to practice to individual ones as well as spending quite a few years as a supervisor over interns
my name is Dr Rubish. I’m a licensed clinical psychologist in California. I am moving to Washington DC at the middle of September, I am looking for a position there that pays at least $300,000 a year minimum. I will not take anything less of course I will take anything more but they start making reductions on my pay I’ll be gone. I have 30 years experience as a licensed psychologist. I worked at a prison for 10 years at level four at a level four prison in California is one where there is no death penalty so all you are dealing with are strictly gangs who are battling constantly with themselves plus, you have to make sure that you are always safe because they will come after you of course they have a multitude of custody there and make sure nothing happens after my time there are retired and then for 20 years corrected in private practice supervising interns working with clients primarily were in the process of a divorce. I probably dealt with at least 3000 clients and I was able to bring every one of them back together again of course you have to separate them first is all their conflict and bring them together, etc. etc. I am coming to Washington DC. I have a great deal of experience. I am not cheap and I know what I’m doing
