For those who beat a PIP did you have to be perfect?

I had to be willing to accept any and all feedback and be ready to learn. And to be honest, most of it was fair. And I got promoted afterwards too!

Same. Also, you should try to work with people that you like. I got off the project that pip’d me, the next one I was randomly assigned and I did okay, and the one after that I worked with someone I liked and from there I was good for years / promoted

This is very important

Like BCG1 and EYP1, I was on a PIP and then got promoted a year after getting off it. I wasn't "perfect" by the end of the PIP but I had shown clear improvement, and was performing at least about average for my level. And then continued improving after that so I got promoted.

I have taken counselees off PIPs when they showed sustained improvements. There have been people that were quick to change but it fizzled after 2-3 weeks.

You don’t have to be perfect but you do have to show your enthusiasm for change

Hi Everyone,
Is it only me or are you guys not getting enough calls from recruiters nowadays?
I mean it used to be a good rate during May/ early June but it has reduced drastically.
Any ideas? Is it due to economic slowdown? Or something else?
