For those who left the industry, what did you end up doing after?

I have my first therapy session coming up as I have severe anxiety and am now on meds to treat it. It’ll be virtual but I’m anxious, nervous to talk about everything, as I normally don’t, and have no idea what to expect. Can anyone help give me a clue of what the first session may look like? And if you’ve been to therapy or still, have you found it helpful?

Hello! So a friend started dating a guy she’s known a few weeks. She sent me pics of them kissing, wearing the guy’s clothes, etc., and I’m finding it hard to be happy for her because I know how this all ends. In the past, she’s had difficulty with her brief relationships as the guys always end up leaving for unknown reasons, and she ends up a total mess because she’s emotionally in too deep, too quick. She also feels lonely. How should I respond to her pictures?

I'm currently finishing up my undergrad and while my current GPA is 3.9+, my school is not a well-known university and any prestige it does have usually originates from its engineering programs, which I am not a part of.

I make 60K currently working in a non-profit organization, but want to increase my salary. What could I do to increase my salary in the next year? Should I get certifications? Change areas I’m currently working in? If so, which areas pay more?

Some of us drivers in the company we work for are striking starting next Monday. We found out our employer has been paying different wages to everyone, but also some drivers haven't been paid in months and our employer just says "oh I wired you the money, not sure what happened". This is insane!
