My post is for a lot of folks here who complain about managers not budging to negotiations and not offering package ,what you are expecting.I have one thing to say, there are lot of ibm employees who moved to kyndryl. Inspite of lot of contributions they are earning meagre salary. Now do you expect these people to hire you for more package most of time the package you are demanding is more than what these managers draw. So pls do not look at kyndryl as any other startup.Thanks.
Any attorneys do title? Is it worth it?

Switching what you sell and who you sell to usually moves income more than anything: higher-ticket, upmarket, or B2B with strong comp plans. Management can help, but only if the base + bonus is clearly higher than a strong IC path; otherwise, doubling down as a top performer in a better-paying segment is usually the best lever.
You know what worked for me was I made my first call at 8:30 in the morning, and my last call at 4:30 pm. M-F . During lunchtime I would cold call, always check the credit, so you don’t waste your time on accounts that look good, but really would not be a good fit for your company. Like I said before, it’s not about getting an account, it’s about getting a suitable account and then keep adding accounts. My first job I started with no accounts, but a great work ethic I didn’t knock off at 3 o’clock to go play golf, and I always took one hour for lunch, where I sat down and ate like a human, and then cold called. That is important, get to know what’s in your territory, and who actually controls the buying decisions of the companies you call on.
Any number of things can propel you ahead, but it's generally a combination of factors. First of all would be your own talent. If you can keep growing as a salesperson that's critical. And that's usually the one thing you can control yourself. If you get yourself at the absolute top of your game, and you're still feeling stuck, then it's time to move into another business. Learning new products can be a challenge, but if you're up for that you can do well.
Switching industries has been a game changer for me. I currently have a much higher potential for earning large commissions than I have had in the past. But I would think just time and experiencing getting to know how to read people has been the biggest needle mover for me.
