I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

Can anyone share what happens in this fitment round on interview?
HRs have asked to submit documents even before this fitment round; which seems unusual. Is this normal for UBS and this is how they progress?

I attended the interview in cognizant. But i didn't get any feedback of my interview. So, what should I do? Also, I dropped the Mails to recruiter. They did not reply on that.

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months. Any idea how can I get this escalated so that the recruiter ( Accenture employee) should at least be careful in future before fooling a noob like me?

Initially I asked HR not to release the offer letter. Only received the salary breakup. It has been more than 1 week since I asked not to release the offer letter. Can I ask again for releasing the offer letter? Or I will need to wait for another 6 months to apply ?

Hey folks, need some help. I cleared all my interview rounds and had completed the documentation too. However for more than two weeks the status on the portal is "offer initiated". The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay? What level and service line were you at the big 4, and what percent salary increase did you get once you left? I’m a S1>S2, and the offers I’m seeing are around 10%-15% higher, which feels a little low. But maybe I’m being unrealistic.
