For those working in the public sector, what is your decision making process for selecting consulting services?

I have offer of 16 LPA from Harman in IRI project bangalore. Is IRI project good? I have also offers from LTI of 17 lpa, Mindtree of 15 lpa and PWC India of 15 lpa. Which one should I go as my plan is to stay for 1-1.5 yrs and switch again?

Is it possible to get a remote job in the US but be based in Canada? Not sure of the legalities but the salaries here are much lower than those in the US...

Those who exited to pharma or biotech, what % raise did you get with promotion? I joined a mid size pharma and when I got promoted to AD, was shocked with a mere 8% raise in base with a 3% increase in bonus and triple the stocks but it takes a white to vest.. is this the standard?
