Thanks KPMG 1! I've been burning over 100% at PwC. Might as well move and make more money!

Haha nah no chance. My client is 8 miles from my house. I’ve had Uncle D on my tail for the past 2 years but I’m not going to Langley.

like

You leaving or did something else happen?

Leaving off to Uncle D. I felt now is the time to go before PwC closes the deal

Cleared position with Uncle D? If so I know a fair number of people on those teams. They seem to be enjoying their time but be warned, the one thing they have told me is utilization is a very large focus on their teams, moreso than the P Dubbers I work with. Best of luck though!

I'll join you; I've been burning at over 100% for three consecutive years!

Damn really? The guys I work with come in high 80%s from what they tell me.

Campus associates have required utilization rate of 88%. Experienced and Senior Associates have required utilization rate of 90%.

Yeah I work with seniors mostly so 90% is probably theirs. Shit mine is like 93% in audit though.

Ah ok

Hello, first post here. Outside sales, merchant services/card processing. I’m primarily a welder but I work 4 10-hour shifts typically then I try sales the last three days. I’ve done it long enough to where I’m confident and comfortable going to new businesses, establishing some rapport with business owners. But it seems like a lot of businesses see this as a waste of time, even adding services and cutting costs. I guess either I’m looking for advice or considering not doing this anymore.

Would you categorize this industry as diverse? I was just reading an article on USA Today that centered around the lack of diversity in finance, especially in positions of power. I’d have to agree with them based on what I’ve noticed.
