Anyone leave clinical medicine for consulting or tech? What kind of role did you take? What kind of company do you work for? Pros/cons of the switch? How does salary compare? Work-life balance, job satisfaction? Any input appreciated. I’m burnt out and underpaid for the work I do. I’d love to get into Epic strategy or implementation.

very Selective jobs( MF PE and BB IBs) kinda blow these numbers out of the water... but for the more attainable exits like MM IB and and corporate development... considering wlb and pay, is the grass much greener?
