Howz it working with DBS Hyderabad?
Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

SC1, https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-hierarchy-or-career-levels-at-Slalom-Consulting
Cross market has a couple others such as engineer, senior engineer, analyst, senior analyst. But, the graphic in the answer is generally correct.
Solution Architect is an experienced consultant, often manager level from other firms.
Solution Principal or Principal Consultant is an entry level leadership role and typically an experienced manager or senior manager from other firms.
Depends on which market and whether you stay local or join the cross-market team.
Solutions Architect is not a management title at Slalom. Principal Consultant / Solution Principal are the entry level management levels at Slalom.
130 - 140 @ Slalom, maybe I need to switch jobs. Also 160 - 170 seem high for MBA at Slalom, I thought they didnt really differentiate MBAs. Which city?
See above ^.
Think of it like joining a new firm with a large 7figure sales target hanging on your head (CP/SP).
That is why we onboard most folks at Consultant...to either establish yourself in what you love....or to launch into sales/expansion at your own discretion.
No wrong answers, just your own preferences and role commitments.
(Tried to change my posting title to be my role at Slalom, not firm. SP is a fun hunting role.)
Its Solution Principal in a very mature market.
MBA? 130-140 without MBA, 160-170 with MBA. These are Street numbers only
If u push for solution Architect (manager) I think u could get to the 160-170 range
Hmm that’s what I was told, maybe not
This would be got a local role @Slalom Consulting 1
What are the different roles in slalom ? It’s so confusing
Thank you
Mind sharing what market? For what its' worth, in our more established and mature markets (100+ people), what you can see on glassdoor salaries is a reasonable estimate of range.
However there typically is not an MBA comp premium you may see at other firms.
Also, I'd note that (in my local market at least) we compensate based on the assumed market value for each person. If you demonstrate you're equivalent to X level at another firm, you'll get paid based on that. End of year 1, I've seen up to 20% raises and promotions just to realign. Flip side of the coin is if you get over compensated (or negotiate hard) and can't demonstrate that value, you'll flatten out immediately.
