Freelancers, how often are you told you over billed (and you actually worked those hours) and need to move time around to other jobs? What should you do ?

Am I the only one frustrated w what’s going on w the state and what’s been taken away. It’s as if I’m taking home less than I did 5 years ago and on paper I’m technically making more. It’s sad.

So, I landed a Customer Service Advisor job at Sitel in the UK. But I heard that they fire you without any prior notice or end their campaigns abruptly, leaving us with no job. Can’t be facing the risk of no livelihood, right? Can anyone who worked with Sitel give me the real truth? And does Sitel sponsor Tier 2 Visas as such? At what point does it not make sense to buy/ build a bigger home? My husband dislikes our house immensely (was his with former wife) and wants to move.
