From an initial recruiter call, it seems the SPM provides the consultative product recs while the PSM onboards the client onto that product and tracks performance to provide actionable recs as needed. Love the intellectual variety, smart colleagues, flexibility (WFH has let me take occasional 2-3h windows during the day for personal activities) - can’t take the stress anymore. Are WFH industry roles at the $300-500k TC level really that much less stressful?

Accepted offer to join F500. Start in 2 weeks. Dream FAANG role reached out for interview. How do I handle this? They do not know I accepted industry offer. If I get through process and FAANG role makes me an offer they will see I have been at a new job (that I didn’t disclose) for a ~month in the background check, will this hurt me? How do I handle this..
