I need help with my interviewing skills

Late night thoughts and will probably delete this in regret but how do you deal with feelings of rage when seeing/hearing/experiencing injustices around the world? I’ve been trying to ignore them for a while now because 1) it can be too overwhelming and upsetting to engage sometimes 2) voicing my opinions on this subject has gotten me into trouble in my (“white”) workplace 3) i already have too much on my plate. I try and remind myself that God will deliver their punishments in His own time

Received offer from BCG for ECT AD role. Read numerous comments about ECT being not attractive compared to Generalists track. Also heard challenges about billability/utilization. Any views/guidance is appreciated.
