From childhood faced body shame due less weight which cause my confidence to go low.My voice is always sound like I am sad or crying.In meeting also same issue.Due to this I am lossing interest in job.My junior getting promoted as they seems confident in meeting.I want to leave job as it affects my physical and mental health but my family forcing me and they told that I should try to improve this problem but I get to weak and no courage to start on improvment.Please guide.

I just graduated and I have made it pass the third interview which was a two part working interview that I will receive compensation for. I have BS degree in healthcare professions and wanted to know if 40k is too low of salary to start off as a compliance officer for a pharmacy that provides discounted medications. My first 3 months will be training for my position but I will be paid the same. The job hasn’t offered me a dollar amount yet and I want to be best prepared.

Curious normal commission payouts as a 1099 advisor part of an RIA. Currently I see net payouts starting at 40-50% and moving up to 80%+ of gross commission. (AUM, insurance, BD products). I know a lot of factors go into it, but trying to get an average lay if the land.

I'm SVP/strategy for a PR agency. I moved into PR, Healthcare, and Strategic Planning only 3 years ago. An agency recruiter is trying to convince me to move into a GSVP account role, assuring me "at that level it's all strategy." (I dont think she understands the words she's using. Or that I'm qualified). But long-term, knowing account roles are so much more plentiful than brand planning in PR, I'm wondering if I should start thinking about account. Anyone here moved from strategy to account?

The outside counsel they have worked with closely and is respected in the field has had a series of MAJOR misses this year and I need to deal with this, I am cognizant that I am new and younger and want to be respectful.
