Now they're throwing people on PiP & other Termination Plans because they don't want to Layoff folks directly & provide them Severance pay. Most of their Products have failed to Revenue & the infra for these was running on Reliance's Funding Cash.

How long does HCL take to release the offer?

I have taken the interview on 27th July 2022 and next day I got an update that I am selected and I will be connected by HR for further proceedings.

With all details I have shared, I have been told that the approvals are pending and the offer will get released soon.

Now, they have mentioned it will be released next week.

Your thoughts on this, TIA

I’ve been with my company for 4 years and I’m thinking about applying for a new job. For references, I would like to use my coworkers but I also don’t want to bring up the fact that I’m applying to other places. The week of my wedding, my husband (PL SQL Developer 4 yoe) was laid off. That was a couple of weeks ago. Luckily I'm still bringing money in as a software engineer, but I'm looking for advice on how to support a partner who has been laid off. I answered every question even interview ended on a very good note andI was confident that I will definitely make it to the next round then after an hour later I got the rejection email.

I was told to apply to a hospital job by someone interested in interviewing me. The recruiter reached out. Asked for my availability but then didn’t respond when I gave her my availability. I followed up. We scheduled a phone call (she said she’d call) and then she didn’t call! At this point, I’m thinking they’re totally disorganized. Is this common practice? I’ve never dealt with a recruiter so I don’t know.

I think I’m going to be fired tomorrow morning and I am not even sad about it.

It's sad to see people with 2-3 years of experience getting paid more than you when u have double the experience. 😄 Best part is they are still complaining of getting less. Well I guess you should never settle. New gen is giving a hard time to the experienced folks. I think this is the high time to upgrade your skills. Come out of your comfort zone and start looking for new opportunities. I think this is the best time to switch if u haven't already in quite some time.
