Blow dry the sweat out, dry shampoo, blow dry brush, and apply an oil- this is my go to hair routine for after a workout between washes and my hair has never looked better
Omg I couldn’t wash my hair everyday and when I did it was so weak and blah, I cut back reluctantly at first and now love it plus saves me time!

No. I just workout once per day and that is it. You don't need to wash your hair twice a day.
I do hear that sometimes if you wash your hair everyday, people might opt for dry shampoo.

Yesss, I’ve done this on occasion. I try to plan my day/workouts around taking one shower per day, but sometimes I do wash my hair twice in one day. I try to do the sweatiest workout before my usual daily shower so that maybe perhaps in the second/evening workout I won’t sweat too much and can skip washing my hair before bed. So, for example, a sweaty spin class before the morning shower and a less sweaty yoga class or weightlifting session in the evening.
If it’s not wash day I do lower intensity / don’t sweat! Wash every other day
I wash once or twice a week and work out every day (some aren’t super sweaty workouts)… dry shampoo is your friend.

If I work out twice a day, i wait until I finish my 2nd workout to wash my hair! After first workout, I would still jump into the shower, tie my hair to put it in a bun and then just shower. Lol
