Was offered 90k for an associate role at A&M in the transaction advisory group. What would total comp look like?

I am an associate attorney for a solo and the only one. We work with individual clients, not corporations. So I started to do intake and client consults and got 6 retainers in 6 weeks.
I am eligible for a bonus based on my billables, but I brought in about $10,000 for the firm just due to some sales skills I never knew I had lol. So I asked about fee splitting these sales and the boss said no, it will go to my billables and to a sizable bonus. Still, should I push for fee splitting or let it go?

Does leaving big 4 for a smaller firm really hurt your MBA admissions chances?

I’m not shooting for M7 as my GPA from undergrad isn’t amazing, but I have an opportunity to leave for a better role/more $ at a mid size firm.

Trying to figure out the right way to go about initiating a raise. I started in January of ‘22 and believe I took a lower salary because I was desperate to get into the apparel industry. I wfh (in CO) for a NYC company and know everyone working in office HAS to be getting paid more because it’s a low living wage for NYC. However, Colorado is very expensive too. I love the position and the company. How does one initiate asking for a raise without regular performance reviews?
