Hello Fishes, I am new here and would like your inputs on the Grade, Designation & Basic salary in TCS. 1. Is the Grade - 'C3B' & Designation - 'ASC - Associate Consultant' correct for 11 years and 6 months of experience ? 2. And is the Basic salary offered in TCS very less than the Market standard? Thanks in Advance 🙏🏼

McKinsey & Company McKinsey & Company been working here one year and received pretty positive feedback. Given the expectation for people of my tenure to transition to EM in a year or so, I can’t see myself staying due to the WLB as an EM. I’m 35 and have 2 young kids. Can it even be realistically done? Would love to stay but I don’t see a balance which would keep my family happy. What options do I have from there?

Probably depends on your Talent Community but I have 8 years of industry experience, 5 in my specific field and I just made Senior Consultant.
Not sure for that talent community, but I think 110-130USD is typical for senior consultant. But you have low YOE and not sure what pay is like in Canada.
You’re comp seems very low for the level, but level seems high for your YOE.
For perspective, I’m a consultant making 100k USD in the analytics practice.
Ya completely agree.
SC makes sense, but the pay is low. I would say it’s not worth it considering the responsibility an SC has. Unless of course you need the job, then by all means take it.
What's the offer? Jw
Really high position for that much experience but very low offer. I'm in Toronto and got hired last year as Senior Analyst, 2 levels lower, at 90k.
Good company though, great people.
Never heard of it tbh, but you’d be a senior with pwc soon if not already?
I've heard good things about them. My ex husband has friends there.
They lowballed the offer because of my YOE. Should I take it? What do you think?
