For starters, spell license correctly
Lisense
What’s your ultimate goal with it and what state are you in? Different states have different processes. Where I live, it was a 90 hour pre licensing course that could only be taught live (either in person or virtual) followed by 3 30-hour post licensing courses that had to be taken in the first 18 months. Exam is challenging so you’ll need to read/study the material (not everyone passes the first time). You’ll likely need to associate with a brokerage so be thinking what that looks like for you (ie a firm vs a single-person business that you can link up with). Most firms other than eXp aren’t going to bring someone on that’s doing it part time as it’s not worth the risk/time to train
Next step is to join a brokerage. What’s your objective of getting a license? Are you planning to work as agent full time or did you get it to buy your own investments? You can ping me, I am a licensed realtor.
