Is a very extended toxic behavior for that generation, to call somebody and demand an URGENT ACTION BY NOW so they can show off better in whatever conspiracy they are planning.
I switch my phone to plane mode during majority of the day. If its so urgent, they will find somebody else or do themselves. A bad planning on your side is not an emergency on mine.

For all the hoopla around scrum and agile, in my experience it is SO MUCH planning and readjusting and conssstant fight across teams with so many resources spent on planning and very little time/effort spent on actual development. I am often staffed as PMO on engagements that aren't "projects" per se, just a collection of various day-to-day activities performed by people as part of their "regular" jobs. I am then asked to produce Project Plans, Risk/Issues logs, status updates, etc.
