Depends. At home, living my best life? 2 hours - 1 for workout, 1 for shower dress and eat.
During the week at client site? Like 30 mins of getting ready, 30 minutes of savoring time without my teammates.
Damn. I'm a guy and I need about 1:15. 1) Fap 2) shit 3) shower 4) shave 5) get dressed 6) catch up with social media from throughout the night (international friends) 7) drink coffee while catching up with the news
M1 - if your hair took an hour to dry, you would shower the night before too...

How is that gross? Just as gross as you not showering at 4pm for the rest of your evening.

20 mins from the moment I start getting ready (shower night before), but that is often over an hour after I wake up - due to news, insta, fishbowl and just generally being lazy.
Under 90 mins when I shower plus cook and eat breakfast. 20 mins when no shower and no breakfast.

20 mins including breakfast if I showered the night before; otherwise I can do it in 40. But budget for 60 to be safe
