Given that the veterinary industry at large is and has been dying to get and keep qualified candidates, why does it seem so difficult to land a position or even interviews for someone with 15 years of experience in the field? Is it TOO much experience and lack of wanting to pay a higher wage for a higher productivity worker? Is it just pure disorganized management? Or is it something deeper going on in the field?
