If you want to work on SAP, you should take SAP related courses and certifications. SAP is vast, you will need to pick one of their modules to start with
I don’t know much about workday. But I highly doubt that you can work with different vendors by taking a generic courses. SAP looks for SAP consultants, Salesforce wants people who can configure their software and on. Specialization is the name of the game here
As an accountant, maybe specialize in an accounting ledger module like SAP’s Bank Analyzer. You would have a good skill set where you could understand both accounting and technical areas. 1> get certified in BA, 2> go work for SAP, 3> profit
