Anyone watching Indian Matchmaking? Aparna and her mother have to be the worst, right? She thinks she's a godsend and quite frankly she looks like a potato, is ignorant, doesn't sound nearly as intelligent as she professes to be, and is even more negative than I am! That's gotta say something.

Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. Need some feedback! So I was forced to move jobs about 6 months ago due to reorg and the new leader opting to bring their existing EA with them, without even meeting me. If stayed at the company but accepted an offer for a job outside of the department I was in. My wife worked in a pharmaceutical manufacturing industry as a QA Officer. Due to maternity complication she took approx. 2 years gap for her career. Meanwhile she learned few courses like PV, CDM, Clinical Research.
Here my question, now she want to start her career again with her new skills in CDM, PV.
1. Which one will have growth CDM or PV?

I keep being told what I have to do, but no one will show me how to do it. Be very careful how you word IEP’s without being given. The wording. I have been here 2 years as an intern. Now, with 3 weeks to go, I find out the name of the support person? I was never given training and my intern support person never met with me. Not even once! Curious to know what you've seen as working to non working dollars split in Canadian agencies. Reference any specific brands (or categories) if you can. I'm used to seeing the conventional 15-20% split for non working (production dollars only, not including media budget, agency fees) but are those days gone now with the takeover of digital (vs traditional) ad placements?

When I joined my current company, we were on a quarterly bonus structure with guaranteed payouts each quarter. This was, in fact, how the recruiter said he could meet my salary request.

The company just announced we are moving to annual payouts only, with no payments for 2023 until May 2024. There are no raises happening.

This amounts to 12% less money in my pocket in 2023 plus inflation.
