Goal is to end up in tech but am interviewing for a fortune 50 healthcare company for a data scientist role. Struck out on other interviews.

Would it be worth it to jump to this if I want to break into data science or should I stick it out in D&A consulting which really isn’t data science?

A company was pretty aggressively recruiting me until 4 interviews in — no movement. I haven’t heard back in a week and a half about next steps. Should I assume I won’t be moving forward any longer? I emailed the recruiter a few days ago to check in, and no response. (She typically replies very quickly and I was told I’m one of the top two final candidates 😕)

Has anyone here written a book or pursued other avenues of translating their skills and experience into income? Maybe an online course?

So I work as an assistant manager at a restaurant for the past 9 months. I've worked in restaurants for the past 6 years science I was 16. Now I'm 22. I went to a trade school for media and film. I got a dream opportunity to work in the field making about the same or 10% more. I told myself the only reason I'd leave this company is for this type of job. I joined Accenture few days back as level 9. Till now didn't get any project. I have one more offer from another company and have not told them that I joined Accenture.
Should I wait for Accenture to allot me project or shall I abscond?
I am worried since I joined Accenture as level 9 team lead and what if they fire me? Or map to some irrelevant project?
