Thoughts on Mindshare Chicago?
Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

Really depends on the individual partner…
Most likely: personal fit, your experience (especially work), answer your questions
Less likely: M&A case interview or brain teasers
However, also the less likely I‘ve seen happening frequently in the past. It‘s really an individual choice and how you performed in the first round (eg if you were just „good“ and the math problem and he still wants to test you). Good luck OP!
Yes definitely good if you read up on recent trends! FSO (financial service) is very specific. Also good if you know which large banks/insurances EY is auditing. These are likely companies where SaT has limitations to provide services due to independence restrictions
What’s the role? Definitely don’t want to go through this in my interview with them lol
Entry level role, they are hiring in several groups but mostly the different industry DD teams it seems like
