Hi. I'm a final year btech student, and I recently got an offer from PwC India for the post of Sr. Analyst, with the package of 4.5lpa fixed + some yearly performance bonus. How should I expect me to be my career graph in pwc? Promotions, work culture, work life balance, basically any kind of insight will be appreciated.
THANKS A TON, IN ADVANCE.

Kearney likes federal background and needs security clearance personnel. I got hired there straight from DFAS and they went hybrid/remote after COVID. Still had to travel to client site occasionally but it was overall a good gig. Would have stayed if it wasn’t offered full time remote with minimal travel from a competitor.

Any of the big 4 consulting firms would be happy to employ you, however, you will likely have to go into the office if you are placed in a role which provides consulting services for the federal government unless it’s unclassified work (FEMA, Treasury, OPM, etc)
That is not correct. I certainly don't have a representative sample, but I work in areas requiring clearances, and people with clearances only have to work onsite if they are actively handling classified material, or for important meetings. There are lots of positions that require a secret or even TS that are 80%+ remote, because they don't routinely touch classified stuff (which honestly is silly that the clearance is required in a sense but that's how it works, often).
