Any millennials here worried about their parents retirement? My parents are set financially but I’m worried about their lack of hobbies and social life. They watch a lot of news, politics, stock market, and sports. However not much more than that. I feel I’d be fine with that if they were in their 80s or older but they’re early 60s. Anyone succeed in getting their parents to an activity filled retirement?

Maybe a dumb question for a lawyer, but is it normal to not be allowed to review an invention assignment agreement and post-employment restrictive covenant agreement at the offer letter stage?
