Can you please share your tech stack YOE and how did you apply for Google and Amazon
How much time it took to process the offer at amazon? I have also given my interviews.
The idea was to complete both Amazon and Google, and choose the best, but after Google's onsite rounds, recruiter told that 2 of them are positive and 2 negative, so I'll have to go through another onsite round. I asked to schedule that round asap, but they scheduled the extra round 1 week after the previous onsite round. The extra round was actually scheduled for 6th July. I sat in the interview, but interviewer didn't show up. After mailing multiple times to the scheduler, she told that interviewer was busy, so she'll reschedule it. Recruiter and me, both told the scheduler to schedule asap, but she haven't scheduled the interview yet.
Most probably my interview will be next week.
So what to do? Should I delay the joining date of Amazon? Or I should go ahead and join, and paralelly let Google complete the process, and if I crack Google with a better offer, switch to Google?
Google should be your primary choice. You can ask for delay and meanwhile if google didnt turn up, you can join Amazon and then switch.
How did you manage to get interviews in both Google and Amazon at the same time? Also could we connect for some tips?
Tech stack and how they shortlisted.. any referrals?
