Base: £75K GBP
Stocks: 75K USD
Bonus 15%
Level: 4

Current comp at AWS L4 ; promo to L5 on the way for next quarter: £90K GBP with £57K base and 16 shares vesting this year.

I have about 24 more rsus left for 2023-2024. Haven’t had my comp discussion with my manager yet.

My I-140 was filed by Amazon last week as I left the US last year because of visa issues. Should I stay or move to G?

I have an offer of around 39 LPA + bonus and my wife is holding an offer of 32 LPA in India. Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. My wife currently doesn't have any offer for Germany and might need to search for a job after reaching there. Is it worth? Need your suggestions please.

Hello, I’ve just completed my TPM on-site today. How long before the decision is made by the HC? What base and TC can I expect ? I’ve 5+ years at MAANG, across engineering, analyst, TPM roles.

However, there is an opportunity to join Google Dublin as an Agency Development Manager (level 4) with strong salary, new challenges, different role and responsibilities etc. I HAVE A STRONG DOUBT about a trade off: is better to have a strong margin of growth and a good position or join Google with the above conditions?
