I have received an offer letter from ZS as DAC.
lets suppose they offered X amount
and I was able to negotiate and increase the offer..
now I have mail confirmation from the HR of the new compensation structure that it has been set in backend. however he is saying offer letter cant be changed..so i had to sign the old offer letter while i have mail confirmation for new compensation.
Is this okay ? will there be problem later ?

I’ve worked at AT&T as a sales consultant for 6 years and 8 months where we prospect, uncover, and close on leads. I’ve used Salesforce for the past 4 years during my tenure. I’ve done B2B sales where I’ve received awards for it for 2 years consecutively. Loads of troubleshooting, uncovering needs through consultative styled selling, and tech app subscriptions.

The got blacklisted from IIMs for revoking offers. Now the WFH mode is also removed. People are asked to relocate to Blr ofc.
They were offering me 30% hike on my existing package so I denied 🙅
Later HR said you missed global opportunity of working with them. I am happy today that i didn’t join them.

Not just that, their culture is horrifying and people get mental health issues. They have absolutely no shame and say they have inclusive culture
Can somebody tell me what potential impact on revenue and profit these PSOs have ? Like apart from forcefully having a meeting for time pass with them and spilling all the beans (that he / she is supposed to keep confidential) to your APs and DMs , whats it they do ?
They also trap talent by making them believe that MathCo has the best culture in the world and is the most employee centric organisation. They are great at false advertising.
This was the era where the Glassdoor , Ambitionbox and google ratings used to be good for MathCo.
As one of the people trapped due to fake reviews, I wholeheartedly agree. Planning to quit asap
Can someone here tell me exactly what is it that people mean by toxic culture here. Because layoffs and offer revoking is a general industry trend, not special to this company I guess.
lol. Layoff of 50% workforce in 6 months is not an industry trend. Also, they just don’t have any long term projects. All they do is small 2 month pilots at bad margins and insane timelines.
Toxic work culture is because the leadership operates like mafia. They can instantly decide to fire you for some blame game played by someone and you’ll be instantly gone so 0 job security. And its culture is all a facade put forth by its HRs as you can see from their Work from Bangalore policy. Avoid this company like plague.
