I saw a fast track promotion via ACN, my regular skymiles doesn't seem to work, can I create another account and merge later or?
I completed two years at Accenture recently. Still no news of any promotion, isn't by default promotion applicable after 2 years of service? It is highly demotivating :(
What is the salary range for Managers at PwC AC? I am holding an offer but evaluating options for promotion to Manager level at PwC. Is it true that even if we are promoted, pwc doesn't follow the slab rules but gives hike on current TC?
Anyone knows how much could be the hike on promotion from staff to senior , high contribution in EY GDS this year?
I received an email today from recruiter asking for a phone interview which I’m so happy to hear from but I applied about a month ago. I moved on and applied internally for a different role as a transfer. This new role is a promotion and my start date is next week. I immediately responded back to the recruiter and agreed to the phone interview for tomorrow 5/4…. Do I mention any of the above to them? Do I tell them I just accepted a new role and different position? Please advise
For 🐟 in Industry, how did you get major comp increases after making initial move? Is it just through moving companies again or promotion?

Would you leave a top tier PR agency (arguably the best) for a smaller agency for a title change upgrade and $17K pay raise? Money sounds really nice, but also thinking about overall growth and opportunity and would appreciate insight.
I work for a highly technical, small, precision measuring instruments manufacturing company (25 employees -10M revenue). I manage 8 distributors globally and handle all inbound inquiries/leads outside of Europe and Asia and do all of the engineer qual.
We recently got acquired by another group but is business as usual. I have a 75K base and 1% recognized revenue bonus paid quarterly. I can't afford to work here much longer. Besides looking for another job -- any tips on a raise negotiation?
Those who exited to pharma or biotech, what % raise did you get with promotion? I joined a mid size pharma and when I got promoted to AD, was shocked with a mere 8% raise in base with a 3% increase in bonus and triple the stocks but it takes a white to vest.. is this the standard?
I have had a lot of success in my position at my firm. Clients have been extremely open with their appreciation and desire to work with me. I have far exceeded my billing requirements by over 75-100 hours each month. What is the best way to seek a midstream raise? Also, what is a reasonable raise. Is asking for 15-20k ridiculous when I think I have earned it?

I’ve worked 2 years at a non profit 501c 3 tech startup. When I started there were 6 employees we now have 22. I am considered a part of leadership and am a people manager in addition to my sales role. I am a high performer and last year got a 10% raise (which I asked for). This year I was offered 5%. I am going to counter but curious what anyone thinks I should ask for. I was thinking 8%.
Hello fishes. I'm a MBA graduate currently working as a digital marketing professional in a mid size consulting firm with 3 years of experience.
I am terribly underpaid in my current org at 5.5 LPA after a recent promotion and annual appraisal. Another mid size consulting firm offered me 7.5 LPA but I am asking them around 9 LPA.
Am I asking too much or shall I take the offer of 7.5 LPA
I am currently working at Accenture as Application development senior analyst with the CTC of 8LPA (3.5+years exp). I love my job here , all my leads are supportive and I can say I am way too much comfortable here. When I reach 5 years, definitely I will get TL promo here.
Now I have another offer in TCS with 11.5 LPA with same role(Senior Analyst).
Should I consider joining TCS for the package , or should I wait in Accenture for 1 year to get team lead promotion?
During slow time, a manager on my team always invites people who work under him to work from his home instead of office. I don’t feel comfortable, how should I raise this concern? To who?
Trying to gauge my skill level. Rising second year who started in m&a this spring (so around 8 months experience). I know how to run all of diligence and the closing, do schedules, draft consents, releases, resolutions, terminations, escrow ancillaries, formation docs, support agreements, contribution and exchanges, etc and manage multi office teams. I handle diligence calls and some of the smaller ancillary calls. When should I start working on the purchase agreement beyond adding comments?

QQ in case there are any landlords in the group. I'm renting a house that has an exterior water heater (attached to the side of the house). Should the LL provide insulation for this or is this on me? The LL mentioned that she needed to replace the WH after the big storm a few years ago. I don't really see this as my cost to incur, but would like to check that out before I push back to the LL.

Does S+O do any work in the digital marketing/strategy space? What would be the specific group?
What were the staff 2 to senior raises last year? Got almost 30% from staff 1 to 2, but that was so high that I guessed it was a market adjustment
I feel like this whole S&O thing hasn't really changed my life within EY on a daily basis. Is that because the switch isn't clicked until July or? I figured they would begin soft transition now..
