Got a call from Lilly for the post of AC. However it has been less than a year since I joined Novartis but I would really like to consider Lilly because Novartis is in a somewhat bad position right now with TfG etc. can someone compare Eli Lilly and Company vs Novartis in terms of WLB, perks, job stability and quality of work.

Are Bain expense policies same across levels? Are there any limits to meals/ beverages that you can claim? Is it in line with MBB?

Any working mothers in here who loves the company they’re working for? I am thinking about switching firms and need some honest thoughts on companies that doesn’t only say, but actually practice flexibility for work life balance and offers good $$$.

I am a high performer at my current firm but they started questioning working arrangements of folks based on the new members who are huge in-office folks, fast turnover within the team, etc. This wasn’t an issue when I first joined.

Please help chose between PwC India and Deloitte USI. Both almost offering similar CTC but PwC location is Kolkata whereas Deloitte location is Bangalore.

Do partners at top consulting firms have better WLB?

I accepted a FADP offer but I have lifelong crippling anxiety It leads to (TMI) diarrhea, I can’t sleep at night, among a lot of other issues. I see a therapist and have their support in school accom. I appear high functioning and ever since uni went remote my life and performance has only improved. I know I’m capable of getting the work done and they must see potential if they hired me. But I feel that if I ask for WFH or other accom. I’m gonna be shooting myself and my career in the foot.
