Guys , whoever is interviewing and planning to join , do ask project availablity on priority basis before you take decision. On Java front looks like there is some project issue due to recent slowdown in market. My offer was not revised even after agreement with recruiter because of this.

Is it worth the extra money to go somewhere that you don’t like the hiring manager as much and don’t feel as strongly about the trajectory?
Money isn’t the only form of compensation. Your experience working there matters
You will never interact with the HM ever again, don’t join bc you liked the HM
Lying here does me no good. I’d encourage you to be candid with the HM and really understand what you’ll be doing; an interview is just as much your opportunity to interview them as it is their opportunity to interview you. You got an offer - ask for a call with the HM, ask how much involvement they have with their team and what your relationship will look like. That’s all on the table - this is about you, too, not just about them.
I wouldn't say no, but if you've got other interviews lined up, I would see if you can get another offer before the BAH offer expires. You may be able to get them to match a higher offer if you can show them that you have one. It's common for companies to say they've maxed out their offer when they haven't.
How much under your asking? A 28% bump is nothing to scoff at and reflects a good shift in what the market will pay for you. if they can’t change the salary, maybe you negotiate a sign on bonus or some other type of onetime bump to reflect what you’re bringing to the table in terms of skills and clearance.
What job level is this offer at? Lead Associate?
That’s a little bit of the grey area for me as I don’t know their industry arms and levels (in comparison to where I’m at).
