Wanted to highlight Prudential Financial’s hiring practices. They rescinded my offer once I attempted to negotiate the salary. The official reason given was that I didn’t “sound excited enough”.
They then admittedly gave the offer to someone who was less qualified. There were other red flags throughout the job offer process that the HR team should overall be ashamed of.

Under no circumstance should someone stay at Accenture over PwC. I just made this switch 6-7 months ago. Everything is better from internal tools to comp to clients all better
Depends on the group, so are doing too good, some, not so much, Deals, CEDA, DCM etc
If it’s the legacy cyber risk and reg group, they have had some layoff before the performance cycle for the last 2 years. Please search for CRR layoffs in the bowl.
Accenture is crap so I would probably leave for the money.
Unless you come from wealth or the new job is a role you think you are going to hate, take the money . I have gotten 15% increase (solely from promotion) in 5 years at Accenture and I think I’m more the norm than the exception.
If it’s the salesforce practice be careful
What’s the 25% increase alluding to ?
Welcome OP - be careful the firm is in pretty mid state meaning it doesn’t clearly know what it wants kind of losing its identity a bit and we don’t have people, so be careful you might be pushed around - not to really scare ya but just mentally prepare ya. You will do great , I am in tech practice if you need anything please reach out

Take the 💰. It's lateral and you havecput your time in at Accenture. What about travel? Work life balance? Upward mobility? Utilization requirements or not? That's what you should also pay close attention to if you need more data points.
I’d run if I were you and pivot later to industry
