Is there anyone at CVS Health (Enterprise Analytics) that’s willing to chat about the interview process/role? I have an interview for the “Solution Strategist, Advisor” role, but there was no recruiter call and they went directly to scheduling the interview. Thanks in advance for any insights! Particularly any insight into the “technical/coding interview” would be appreciated since the team/role seems Data Science heavy?

The pigeonhole is real. You can exit to managing an it department but more than likely will be in sap forever if you go down that path.
There is nothing wrong in doing sap work. As long as you have tech skills, you will always have a job . I agree it is not as sexy as strategy but it pays the bills .
Not much at those levels. But if you stay to get to a SM level and with some experience managing non-typical implementations projects, you could exit to M&A post transaction integration roles.

SAP career will entail exit barriers. You will keep getting SAP opportunities. You may need to do some upskilling to boost employment opportunities. Consider data and analytics as a career option. This can open up additional opportunities. SAP is not that bad after all. This is your insurance to staying employed for the next 5-7 years at a minimum.
It is indeed a pigeonhole, I agree with others
Completely agree. It’s a one way street. Difficult exit. The possibility of exiting diminishes the more you work on SAP. Honestly, S4 is a big let down. There’s limited value and SAP has thrust this down clients for increased revenue. You can consider a career in AI/ML or RPA. That’s very much I’m demand these days
