Got Inclined after Loop interview for L6 at Amazon Amazon Web Services , recruiter said we would find another team. Recruiter passed me along to Sourcer for another role. Anyone with experience in this know what will happen if Sourcer passes me to Hiring Manager? Will it just be a small interview with Hiring Manager, then if inclined, offer? Or some other? Does interviewer nowadays still write early feedback prior to sharing the full feedback with recruiters?

I am interviewing at a Production Studio and it’s going well. The majority of my experience is agency side. They mentioned base salary with commission, as they want to see growth in the next 3-5 years. There has been no talk of salary yet. What does a base salary for an EP with commission usually look like in this role? What should I be asking for? I don’t want to give up my current salary, but I think this job would be such a great fit for me. Advice?

So, I’m interviewing for a position that fits perfectly, HR likes my profile, had great conversations with them. Today I had a Panel interview with HR and the hiring manager. The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months. I was prepared but was out of breath the entire interview, had a knot in my throat, had trouble finding my words. It’s like I had PTSD when this manager came into the picture. Ever had that?

I am in a tech IC position. One of friends switched to FAANG by converting the profile to consultant profile. The friend who might have less tech knowledge than me is now in FAANG and earning more.
