Dear fishes, After working in Autosar(CAN/FR/OS) configuration for 4 years, I wanted to switch domain to device drivers. So I bought a STM board. Joined some udemy courses. Learnt SPI/I2C/NVIC/exception handling and FREERTOS/OS. Now I want to apply to companies like Nvidia Texas Instruments Qualcomm NXP Without any prior experience I am a bit nervous as people say the interviews would be very difficult in these.
Please help with embedded and prog ques for these interviews.
TIA. Please reply.

Fp&a and Corp fin is doable. Corp dev will be tougher, mainly cuz there’s less roles overall plus they want the banker skillset
Yea this is why I disliked FDD at B4. You touch only the Diligence side of M&A. There’s so much that comes with it.
Sell side report (don’t think very common but my firm does it) Teaser > CIM > IOI > LOI > PMI
Lots of acronyms, but your typical process at a high level (from my experience in MM M&A)
Wow… we’re on the same boat trying to pivot! Haha.
Yes I’ve made this move. Audit > FDD > FP&A. Got lots of rejections but it is doable.
There can be fire drills in FP&A too. Just depends where you landed (public, startup, or portco, etc).
Still way better than FDD. Just wish the pay would catch up to FDD rates
What level were you and how much severance did you get? Did they provide a reasoning?
